Apps and store terms
REV3 apps may have separate licence terms and product-specific conditions presented in the app or its store listing. Those terms govern the relevant app. Purchases and downloads through Apple or Google are also subject to the applicable store terms. Where an Apple app is distributed without a custom licence agreement, Apple’s standard end user licence agreement applies as provided by Apple.
Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malicious code, impersonate others, or use the website to violate another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and designs are owned by REV3 or used with permission, except where otherwise indicated. You may access the website for personal or internal informational use. These terms do not transfer ownership of intellectual property or authorise misleading use of our name or branding.
Purchases and subscriptions
Where an app offers paid features or subscriptions, the price, billing interval, trial conditions, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Store subscriptions are managed through the account used to make the purchase. Cancel through that store according to the terms shown at purchase. Deleting an app or an app account does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds for purchases processed by Apple or Google are handled under the applicable store policies and your statutory rights. REV3 does not receive full payment card details from store purchases.
Support and availability
You can request support at [email protected]. We may change or update website content and features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all information will always be complete or error-free. Any paid product commitments are governed by the applicable product terms and mandatory law.

Personal data sharing is subject to the disclosures and permissions described in our privacy policy. Agreeing to these terms does not replace explicit permission for third-party AI processing. REV3 does not store face data on its servers; external processing and provider retention are separate matters described in the relevant privacy notice.
AI-generated results
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review results before relying on, publishing, or sharing them. Results are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other qualified advice, and must not be relied on for emergency or safety-critical decisions.
Results may not be unique, and similar output may be generated for others. We do not guarantee that a result is eligible for copyright protection or free of third-party rights. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Your inputs and responsible use
You retain any rights you hold in your inputs. By submitting content to an AI feature, you authorise the processing needed to fulfil that request, subject to applicable privacy disclosures and any separately required consent. These terms do not grant blanket permission to use personal information for model training.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content, including images or recordings of other people. Do not use AI features to create illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraudulent impersonation, harassment, or material that infringes privacy or intellectual property rights. Do not attempt to bypass safety measures.
Report harmful results or concerns to [email protected], including the app name and a description without unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
