Who we are
REV3 operates this website at rev3.ltd. Our postal address is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Scope of this policy
This policy covers the REV3 website, support communications, and the general face-data and AI principles below for REV3 apps that link to this policy. AI provisions apply only where the app offers those features. The data used and providers involved depend on the app and feature. App-specific notices must identify those details; this general policy is not a list of every app’s integrations.
Information we process
When you email us, we receive your email address, the information in your message, and any attachments you choose to send. This may include your name, app and device details, or information needed to understand a support request. Please avoid sending sensitive information unless necessary.
When you visit this website, the hosting infrastructure processes connection information such as your IP address and browser request information to deliver pages and protect the service. This site is configured for Google Firebase Hosting; Google’s handling of infrastructure data is described in its privacy policy.
How we use information
We use support communications to respond to enquiries, investigate problems, handle privacy requests, and protect our services against abuse. Website connection information is used to deliver and secure the website.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, processing is based on taking steps at your request or performing a contract, legitimate interests in providing support and maintaining security, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required. You can withdraw consent by contacting us, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, use tracking pixels, or include third-party analytics scripts. The contact form does not transmit information to a website server; it opens your email application. Your email provider’s terms and privacy policy apply when you send a message.
Sharing and international processing
Hosting and email service providers process information as necessary to deliver their services. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect legal rights and service security. We do not sell personal information collected through this website or use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers may process information outside your country. Where legally required, international transfers must be supported by appropriate safeguards, such as approved contractual protections.
Retention and security
Support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry, maintain relevant support records, and meet applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the request and any legal or security requirements. Contact us for information about the retention applicable to your specific request.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not email passwords or full payment card details.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or receive a portable copy of your personal information. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Email [email protected] to make a request. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and will respond within the time required by applicable law. For app accounts, see account and data deletion.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended to provide general information about REV3 and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorisation, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. App age ratings and any child-specific disclosures are provided with the relevant app.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the website or its practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
Face data and images
REV3 does not store face data on its servers. This includes facial images submitted to face-related features and derived facial data. Not storing data is different from not processing it: a feature may need to process an image to produce the result you request.
If you choose a feature that sends an image to an external AI service, that image may contain a face and will be processed by the disclosed service to perform the requested task. REV3’s no-storage statement does not imply that an external provider has zero retention. Provider processing, retention, and any model-training use must be explained in the notice for that feature.
Images or results you save on your own device, in your photo library, or in a personal cloud backup remain under your control and those services’ settings. Please do not attach face images or other sensitive personal data to support emails; support correspondence is handled under the retention section above.
Optional third-party AI services
Some REV3 apps may use third-party AI services to provide features such as content generation, image processing, transcription, or analysis. Where such a feature is offered, the input needed for the request may be sent to an external provider. Depending on the feature, this can include your prompt, selected text, photos, audio, documents, or relevant conversation context. These are conditional examples, not a statement that every REV3 app collects all of these categories.
Before sharing personal data with an AI provider, the app must disclose the provider, the data being sent, and the purpose, and obtain your explicit permission. Acceptance of these terms or this policy alone is not permission to send personal data to third-party AI. You can choose not to use the feature.
The applicable app notice must identify the actual provider and link to its privacy information, including applicable retention and model-training practices. This general policy does not promise that providers never store inputs, never use them for training, or delete them immediately. Those details depend on the provider, service agreement, and configuration.
AI permissions and deletion
Use only inputs you have the right to share, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or others. Permission to access a camera, microphone, or photo library is separate from permission to send its contents to an external AI provider. Device permissions can be changed in your operating system settings.
You can stop future AI submissions by discontinuing the feature. This does not undo processing that has already occurred. To request deletion of information associated with an AI request, contact [email protected] with the app name, feature, and approximate request date. Do not resend sensitive inputs. We will assess the request and coordinate with relevant processors where applicable, subject to lawful retention obligations. See account and data deletion.
