Request deletion by email ↗What happens next
We will identify the relevant app and may verify that you control the account before acting. We will explain any additional steps and respond within the period required by applicable law. If the app includes an account deletion option in its settings, you can also use that option.
Data covered by a request
A verified account deletion request covers the account and associated personal data controlled by REV3 for the identified app, subject to lawful retention requirements. If you request deletion of specific data only, identify that data in your message. Data held only on your device must be removed using the app’s controls or your device settings. Data held independently by Apple, Google, or another provider is subject to that provider’s deletion process.
Exceptions and retention
Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain transaction records, or prevent fraud and abuse. Any applicable exceptions and retention periods depend on the app and the records involved; we will explain these when responding to your request. App-specific privacy notices should describe applicable retention and backup deletion periods.
Before you delete
Export anything you need before deletion. Removing an account may permanently remove access to associated content. Cancel any paid subscription separately through Apple or Google Play to stop future renewals. See our support page for subscription guidance.
Face data and AI requests
REV3 does not store face data on its servers. If an app sends inputs to an external AI provider, this does not by itself mean the provider retains no data. In your deletion request, identify the app, AI feature, and approximate request date so we can determine what processing occurred and coordinate an applicable deletion request. Do not send the original face image or other sensitive inputs again.
Provider retention and any lawful exceptions depend on the actual service and must be described in the app-specific notice. You can delete copies of images and results saved to your own device or cloud account using that service’s controls.
